Refund policy

At Jiang Car Gear, we want you to love your car accessories. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and include all original parts and accessories. Original packaging is preferred but not required.

How to Start a Return Email us at hieuuhungg08@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 24 hours on business days with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without approval can't be processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You won't need to return the item and you won't pay anything.

Return Shipping For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, return shipping is free. For all other returns (for example, a change of mind or wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges Need a different size, color, or fit for your vehicle? Contact us and we'll help you exchange it for the right item.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Used air fresheners and items that have been installed or damaged by the customer can't be returned.
