Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Jiang Car Gear! We want your car accessories to reach you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about shipping.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Cost Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on all orders, no minimum purchase required.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days. Total time from order to delivery is usually 8–15 business days. During peak seasons (such as Black Friday and the holidays), delivery may take a few extra days.

Order Tracking As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Multiple Items If you order several items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. You'll receive tracking details for each package.

Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before it ships. We're unable to redirect packages once they've shipped.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. No need to deal with the carrier yourself, we'll handle it for you.
